How Acrolens Approaches FPV for Real Estate

Not all FPV videos are the same. How the drone is flown and edited makes a bigger difference than the drone itself.

Here’s what sets the Acrolens approach apart.

Controlled Speed, Not One-Size-Fits-All

We adjust speed based on the property and where the video will live.
A small home, a luxury listing, and a social media reel all benefit from different pacing. Speed can also be fine-tuned in editing to keep things smooth and engaging without feeling rushed.

No Bobbing, No Distractions

Vertical bobbing is one of the fastest ways to make a video feel amateur or uncomfortable to watch. Our flights are stabilized and intentional, so motion feels natural and calm.

One Continuous Shot or Clean Cut Edits

FPV can be a single uncut take, individual clips, or a mix of both.
Long takes are great for flow, but not every property benefits from one uninterrupted shot. We choose the format that keeps attention and shows the home at its best.

Eye-Level Perspective

Homes are experienced at eye level, not from knee height.
Flying too low distorts scale and feels unnatural. We keep the camera where a person would naturally see the space, so rooms feel accurate and inviting.

Simple, Purposeful Movement

FPV isn’t about flying tricks.
We avoid unnecessary spins, dives, or sudden direction changes. The goal is to guide the viewer through the property, not remind them a drone is flying.

Two Viewing Styles, Chosen Intentionally

Depending on the space, we can deliver:

  • True FPV view, where subtle movement adds energy and realism

  • Horizon-locked view, where the camera stays level for a more traditional, polished feel

Both have their place. We choose based on the property and the audience.
